we are looking for a highly motivated and energetic telemarketing executive to join our team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our services/products, and generating leads or sales through effective communication.

key responsibilities:

make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads/lists.

promote and explain company products/services to potential customers.

build rapport and maintain good customer relationships.

handle objections and provide accurate information.

achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

maintain call logs and update customer records in the system.

requirements:

prior experience in telemarketing / telesales / call center is an advantage.

excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.

ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

basic computer knowledge (ms office, crm tools).

freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

language : english / tamil and hindi with other local languages
