Telemarketing Executive Fresher

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our services/products, and generating leads or sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads/lists.

Promote and explain company products/services to potential customers.

Build rapport and maintain good customer relationships.

Handle objections and provide accurate information.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Maintain call logs and update customer records in the system.

Requirements:

Prior experience in telemarketing / telesales / call center is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
