We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our services/products, and generating leads or sales through effective communication.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads/lists.Promote and explain company products/services to potential customers.Build rapport and maintain good customer relationships.Handle objections and provide accurate information.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.Maintain call logs and update customer records in the system.Requirements:Prior experience in telemarketing / telesales / call center is an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.Language : English / Tamil and Hindi with other local languages
