ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
ï‚· Calling Students or their parents getting them to meet or talk to the Senior counsellor /
manager for counselling.
ï‚· Maintain detailed remarks and feedback of the calling done.
ï‚· Generating promising leads to line up for following:
 CAMPUS WALKIN
 WEBINAR
 SEMINAR
 EVENTS
 ENTRANCE TEST / SCHOLARSHIP TEST
 CAREER COUNSELING
ï‚· Delivering The Assigned SALES GOALS
ï‚· Lead generation and Prospecting
ï‚· Developing and sustaining solid relationships with Students to encourage repeat business.
ï‚· Using sales scripts to drive sales and respond to rejections as well.
ï‚· Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and
required lead generation.

ï‚· Proven experience working as a telesales executive.
ï‚· Proficiency in calling etiquettes
ï‚· The ability to follow scripts.
ï‚· Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
