job responsibilities

call and counsel students about our aviation & cabin crew training courses

handle inbound/outbound calls and follow-up with leads

convert inquiries into walk-ins and admissions

coordinate with the counselling and operations team

maintain daily calling reports and crm entries

ideal candidate should be

confident and fluent in hindi/english

passionate about career counselling and student interaction
