Tele Calling Executive (Female Candidates Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Initiate outbound calls to potential or existing customers.

Present and promote products or services to customers.

Answer customer queries and provide information on product features, benefits, and pricing.

Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

Maintain a list of potential clients and follow up on leads generated through other channels.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Handle objections and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Sales and Targets:

Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Reporting and Documentation:

Record call outcomes and update customer information in the CRM system.

Prepare reports on call activity, sales, and customer feedback as required.

Compliance and Quality:

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain a high standard of quality in all customer interactions.
