We are leading manufacturers of Bandsaw Blades located in Mumbai. We are looking for a Tele caller to boost our sales by communicating with current and potential clients. The candidate must know how to convince the toughest of the clients to purchase our product.

Roles and Responsibilities:

ering calls , helping customers with queries regarding the product(specially Industrial)

hing potential and existing clients, getting their feedback, introducing the products offered by our company.

ng the product orders and coordinating with manufacturing and sales team regarding the same.

iring and updating individual contacts

ing active and ols customers to encourage the purchase of items.

Requirements:

.Proven experience in Tele sales

.Diploma//graduation

.Good knowledge of computer programs like CRM &ERP softwares.

.Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.

.Additional spoken languages will be an advantage.
