we are a growing digital marketing agency helping businesses boost their online presence through social media marketing, seo, paid ads, and web design.

we’re looking for energetic, persuasive, and self-motivated cold callers who can generate leads and help us expand our client base.

position: cold caller (commission based)

location: remote / work from home

type: freelance / commission basis

responsibilities:

make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our digital marketing services (social media marketing, google ads, seo, etc.)

identify prospects and qualify leads.

schedule meetings or calls with interested clients.

maintain lead information in google sheets or crm.

achieve monthly lead generation & conversion targets.

compensation:

commission based (no fixed salary)

you earn per successful conversion or meeting closed.

10–20% commission on each closed client deal

(example: if a client buys a ₹30,000 package → you earn ₹3,000–₹6,000)

who can apply:

freshers & experienced both are welcome

excellent communication skills

confident over phone calls

self-driven, target-oriented, and honest

basic knowledge of digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
