Key Responsibilities
Attend inbound inquiries from potential and existing clients.
Follow up on leads consistently to convert prospects into active clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Follow up with leads to ensure proper communication and conversion.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Female candidate with good communication skills (Hindi/English), soft-spoken and polite in conversation.
Ability to handle customer queries confidently over the phone.
Basic understanding of financial products or willingness to learn.
Pleasant voice, polite attitude, and strong customer-handling skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and explain services clearly.
Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or financial services is an advantage but not mandatory.
