Opening For Tele Caller

We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team in Noida Sector 16. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience and should have completed at least the 12th grade. This full-time role involves making calls to clients and providing necessary information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Client Communication**: You will be responsible for calling potential and existing clients to discuss our offerings and understand their needs. Clear communication is crucial for this role.

2. **Lead Generation**: Your job will include identifying and following up on potential leads. You will document call outcomes and gather information that may help convert leads into customers.

3. **Customer Support**: You will assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have related to our products or services. A friendly and helpful attitude is essential.

4. **Data Entry**: After each call, you will update our database with relevant information and track calls through our systems. Attention to detail here is very important.
