job responsibilities:

- lead, supervise, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve sales and performance targets.

- develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the performance and productivity of the team.

- monitor daily performance and provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve skills and efficiency.

- handle escalated customer queries and ensure that all customer concerns are addressed promptly.

- manage the team’s call schedules and ensure optimal coverage throughout business hours.

- collaborate with management and sales teams to set achievable goals and align the team’s performance with company objectives.

- analyze team performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

- maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.

- ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

- provide motivation and recognize achievements to maintain high morale and a positive team environment.

requirements:

- proven experience as a telecaller or in a customer service role, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
