Tele Caller - Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team in Gurgaon Sector 18. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience and be a 12th-grade pass. This role involves making outbound calls to potential clients and providing them with information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Outbound Calling**: You will make calls to a list of potential clients, introducing our services and understanding their needs, helping to generate leads and drive sales.

2. **Customer Interaction**: You will engage with customers professionally and courteously, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about our products and offering suitable solutions.

3. **Data Entry**: Accurately record call details and maintain customer information in our database to ensure up-to-date records for future reference.

4. **Follow-Up**: After the initial call, you will follow up with clients who show interest, ensuring they have all required information and persuading them to make a purchase.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You must be comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging with potential customers. A strong understanding of sales techniques will be beneficial. You should be organized and able to manage multiple calls efficiently.
