Tele Caller - Full Time

Job Description

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers: This involves making calls to individuals or businesses to pitch products or services offered by the company.

- Follow up on leads: Tele callers are responsible for following up on leads generated through various channels to convert them into sales opportunities.

- Schedule appointments: Tele callers need to schedule appointments for sales representatives or other team members as per the requirements.

- Maintain call logs and update database: It is essential to keep accurate records of all calls made and received, as well as update the database with relevant information.

- Meet daily and monthly targets: Tele callers have specific targets to achieve in terms of call volumes, leads generated, appointments scheduled, or sales closed.
