hiring for telecallers/customer support executive for delhi location.

the telecallers will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate leads, qualify candidates and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.

job description:

make outbound calls to potential candidates as per the data shared & using script provided.

effectively communicate the benefits of our services to generate interest.

qualify leads by asking relevant questions.

maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions.

contribute to a positive & collaborative work environment.

on a daily basis minimum 80 connects to be established.

minimum 10 interested & minimum 2 to 3 walkin planned at the centre.

requirements:

high school diploma or equivalent.

good communication in english & hindi mandatory.

good interpersonal skills.

ability to work independently and meet daily call targets.

proficient in computers.

experience in outbound tele calling/tele sales/lead generation.

outbound tele calling exposure is preferable.
