We are looking for a Tele Caller to join our team in Kodambakkam. This position is suitable for candidates with little to no experience who are eager to develop their skills in customer service and sales.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Making Outbound Calls:** Contact potential customers to introduce our products or services. You will need to communicate effectively and persuasively to engage them.

- **Handling Customer Inquiries:** Respond to questions and provide information to customers. Your goal is to ensure they have a clear understanding of our offerings.

- **Maintaining Records:** Keep detailed notes of each call in our database. Accurate record-keeping is essential for tracking customer interactions and follow-ups.

- **Follow-Up Calls:** Reconnect with customers to check their interest and provide additional information. This helps in nurturing leads and increasing sales opportunities.

- **Meeting Targets:** Work towards meeting daily or weekly call and sales targets set by the management. This promotes a focus on results and accountability.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have completed at least their 12th grade. Strong verbal communication skills are essential for clearly conveying information and engaging customers. A friendly and approachable attitude will help in building rapport with clients. Basic computer skills are necessary to manage call records and customer information.
