Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database

Explain products and services clearly and confidently

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

Maintain a daily record of calls and responses

Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions

Must have completed 12th grade or equivalent

Must be fluent in Hindi, Telugu, and English
