job summary:
we are hiring an enthusiastic and target-driven international telecaller to join our remote team. the ideal candidate will handle both inbound and outbound calls with international clients, generate qualified leads, respond to customer inquiries, and support the sales team in achieving business goals — all while working from home.
key responsibilities:
inbound calls:
answer incoming international calls professionally and promptly.
provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer queries.
record and manage customer feedback, complaints, and follow-up actions in the crm.
maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and communication quality.
outbound calls & lead generation:
conduct outbound calls to international prospects (us, uk, australia, or other markets).
generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email follow-ups, and online research.
explain company products/services clearly and persuasively.
schedule appointments or demos for the sales/business development team.
maintain strong follow-up with potential clients to close leads.
general tasks:
maintain updated records in crm and prepare daily call/lead reports.
meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
participate in regular virtual team meetings and training sessions.
stay informed about company offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
requirements:
education: 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
experience: 1–3 years in international telecalling, telesales, or lead generation (freshers with excellent english communication skills can apply).
skills:
excellent english communication skills (neutral or international accent preferred).
strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
proficiency with crm tools (hubspot, zoho, salesforce, etc.).
self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection.
comfortable working in night shifts or international time zones (us/uk/australia).
