Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to contribute to our company€™s sales and customer support operations. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers, generating leads and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services or generate leads.

€¢ Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

€¢ Explain product details, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.

€¢ Maintain customer databases and update contact information accurately in the CRM.

€¢ Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.

€¢ Follow up with interested prospects and close sales effectively.

€¢ Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the concerned department.

€¢ Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
