**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Making Outbound Calls:** You will contact potential and existing clients to discuss products and services, ensuring that you represent the company professionally and courteously.

- **Customer Engagement:** Building rapport with customers is essential. You’ll listen to their needs and provide them with information regarding our offerings.

- **Data Entry and Maintenance:** After each call, you will update customer records in our database. Accurate data entry is important for tracking interactions and follow-ups.

- **Following Up on Leads:** You will be responsible for reaching out to leads generated by marketing efforts to convert them into potential sales.
