We are seeking a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service. This full-time role requires a proactive approach and effective communication skills to connect with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Outbound Calls: You will make calls to potential and existing clients to promote products and services, aiming to generate interest and sales.

- Update Customer Records: Maintaining accurate customer information in our database is crucial for follow-ups and further communications.

- Respond to Queries: Addressing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner helps in building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction.
