Key Responsibilities
Outbound/Inbound Calls: Making cold/warm calls to prospective clients and answering incoming customer queries.
Sales & Lead Generation: Pitching products/services to potential customers and converting prospects into sales opportunities.
Customer Interaction: Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Data Maintenance: Recording, updating, and maintaining detailed notes on customer interactions in a CRM system.
Follow-ups: Following up on leads, inquiries, or previous interactions to secure sales.
Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly performance targets (calls made, leads generated, sales closed).
Required Skills and Qualifications
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Persuasion: Ability to persuade, influence, and handle objections from tough prospects.
Language Proficiency: Strong command of English and/or local languages.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software and general office software (MS Office/Google Workspace).
Experience: Previous experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or customer service representative is often preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (or higher).
