Hiring For 12th Pass Freshers - Telecaller

We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team in Zirakpur. This full-time role is suited for female candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience and a minimum education of 12th pass.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential and existing customers to promote our services or products, ensuring effective communication at all times.

- Generate Leads: Identify and gather information about potential clients during calls to help expand the customer base.

- Address Customer Queries: Listen to and respond to customer inquiries clearly, providing accurate information and solutions to their concerns.

- Maintain Records: Accurately log call details and customer interactions in our database for future reference and follow-ups.

- Follow Up on Leads: Revisit previous leads to check their interest and push for conversions, ensuring no potential opportunity is missed.
