customer engagement:
engage with parents to understand their needs, concerns, and aspirations for their newborns' early brain development.
handle emotionally charged conversations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive and reassuring customer experience.
target achievement:
drive individual performance to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and optimize the conversion of leads to enrollments.
product expertise:
develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of hungry brain's early brain development programs.
effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of our programs, addressing specific needs and concerns raised by parents.
independent profile:
take ownership from initial outreach to program enrollment.
demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
collaborate with the team leader to implement strategies for increased sales effectiveness.
qualifications:
minimum of 1+years of experience in telesales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
previous experience in an industry where emotions play a crucial role is desirable.
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of empathy.
preference given to candidate who can speak tamil, telugu, or kannada to effectively communicate with parents and create a more personalized experience.
proven ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
