Telecaller - Full Time - Freshers

We are looking for a Tele Caller to join our team in Sector 2. This is a full-time position, and we welcome freshers who have completed at least their 10th grade education. As a Tele Caller, your primary role will be to communicate with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make Outbound Calls: You will contact potential customers to introduce our offerings and generate interest in our products or services.

- Engage with Customers: Your role will involve actively listening to customer needs and queries, providing accurate information, and addressing any concerns they may have.

- Update Customer Records: It is important to maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in our database for future reference.

- Achieve Targets: You will work towards achieving specified sales or lead generation targets by following up with prospects and encouraging them to make a purchase.

- Provide Feedback: Share insights and feedback from customer conversations with the team to help improve products or services.

Required Skills and Expectations:

We expect candidates to have a clear and friendly speaking voice, with good communication skills to express ideas effectively. A basic understanding of sales techniques will be beneficial. You should be comfortable using computers to record customer details and follow scripts. Being a good listener, patient, and enthusiastic about helping customers are also important traits for this role. A positive attitude and willingness to learn will help you succeed as a Tele Caller.
