Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain available courses and services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain follow-ups with leads and convert them into admissions.
Maintain professional communication and ensure excellent customer service.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and admission targets.
Work closely with the academic and sales team to ensure smooth workflow.
🧩 Key Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident, polite, and clear speaking ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service will be an added advantage.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.;
