handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.

maintain follow-ups with leads and convert them into admissions.

maintain professional communication and ensure excellent customer service.

achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and admission targets.

work closely with the academic and sales team to ensure smooth workflow.

🧩 key requirements:

minimum qualification: 12th pass / graduate preferred.

good communication skills in hindi and basic english.

confident, polite, and clear speaking ability.

basic computer knowledge (ms office, email, data entry).
