Tele Caller (1-3 Years) - Only Females

Job Role:

We are looking for female candidates fluent in Marathi and Hindi for a Telecaller position. The role involves:

€¢ Making outbound calls to potential clients who have previously enquired about our webinars and training programs.

€¢ Following up with existing clients to share updates and information about new products and services.

€¢ Handling inbound calls and resolving client queries effectively.

€¢ Maintaining a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day.

Candidate Requirements:

€¢ Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is mandatory.

€¢ Ability to speak English is an added advantage.

€¢ Good communication and interpersonal skills.

€¢ Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and Excel.

€¢ Prior tele calling experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
