Job Role:We are looking for female candidates fluent in Marathi and Hindi for a Telecaller position. The role involves: Making outbound calls to potential clients who have previously enquired about our webinars and training programs. Following up with existing clients to share updates and information about new products and services. Handling inbound calls and resolving client queries effectively. Maintaining a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day.Candidate Requirements: Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is mandatory. Ability to speak English is an added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and Excel. Prior tele calling experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
