- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to offer products/services: As a tele caller, you will be responsible for making calls to prospective clients to introduce them to our products or services and explain how they can benefit from them.
- Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about products/services: You will also be required to attend incoming calls from customers who are interested in our offerings and provide them with necessary information and assistance.
- Maintain and update customer database: It is essential to keep a record of all interactions with customers, update their information, and ensure that the database is accurate and up-to-date.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company: You will be expected to meet sales targets and goals set by the company by effectively communicating with customers and convincing them to purchase our products/services.
Required Skills and Expectations:
- Good communication skills: You should have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers over the phone and convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel: A basic understanding of Microsoft Excel will be beneficial in maintaining and updating customer databases.
- Prior experience in a domestic BPO: Previous experience in a domestic BPO setting will be advantageous in handling calls professionally and efficiently.
- Ability to work both outbound and inbound calls: You should be comfortable making outbound calls to potential customers as well as attending inbound calls from interested customers.
