Job Title: Team Leader – Weighbridge Service & Installation

Locations: Roorkee (Head Office) with travel across India

Job Summary:

Nagarjun Technovision is looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to manage our field service engineers and coordinate installation, maintenance, and service operations for Weighbridge and Weigh-in-Motion systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge along with leadership qualities to guide a team and ensure excellent client service delivery across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of service engineers and technicians

Plan and assign service jobs and installation projects across regions

Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance activities

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide support to team members

Ensure timely execution of after-sales service and AMC commitments

Coordinate with the sales, production, and technical teams for project requirements

Conduct training and skill development for team members

Maintain service reports, site documentation, and client feedback records

Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards

Travel to key project sites when necessary to supervise or resolve escalations

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma / / in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or relevant fields

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in service and maintenance of weighbridge or industrial electronics systems, with at least 1 year in a leadership role

Skills Required:

Strong leadership, planning, and team coordination abilities

In-depth knowledge of electronic troubleshooting and hardware systems

Effective communication and client management skills

Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet deadlines

Proficiency in preparing technical reports and documentation

Willingness to travel across India for project supervision

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: As per industry standards + incentives

Location: Based in Roorkee, with pan-India travel as required
