Walk-In For Technical Support Executive - Derabassi Punjab

Quotation & Technical Support

Prepare and submit accurate quotations for bearings, industrial products, and technical components based on customer requirements.

Review customer RFQs, specifications, drawings, part numbers, quantities, and delivery requirements.

Coordinate with sales, technical, purchase, warehouse, and SKF teams to obtain pricing, availability, lead time, and technical information.

Provide technical support to customers by identifying suitable bearing/product alternatives and explaining product specifications.

Process quotations and sales orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy of pricing, material codes, quantities, and customer details.

Follow up on pending quotations and coordinate with customers for order confirmation.

Check product availability and coordinate with the concerned teams for urgent and critical requirements.

Handle technical queries related to bearing designations, dimensions, applications, substitutes, and product changes.
