job summary:

we are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales & marketing manager to lead our business development efforts in the electrical panel and automation segment. the ideal candidate will have in-depth industry knowledge, strong client networking skills, and a proven track record in b2b industrial sales and marketing.

 key responsibilities:

1. develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.

2. generate new business opportunities in electrical panels, lt switchboards, and automation solutions.

3. manage existing client relationships and ensure repeat business through excellent service and technical support.

4. conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

5. prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

6. coordinate with the design, production, and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

7. attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the brand and solutions.

8. meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and report performance metrics to management.

9. maintain strong knowledge of industry standards (like iec, is, etc.), products (., plc, scada, vfd, etc.), and applications.
