Respond to customer inquiries received via calls.

You need to Sell Antivirus Subscription Plans and enroll customers as per process policies of Technical Services.

Should have excellent sale pitching skills.

Should have at least 1 - year experience in Technical Sales

Freshers can also apply.

Handling Inbound International Voice calls.

Resolving the technical issues related to software / hardware(Facebook,Emails,Outlook,Printer,Routers,Antivirus).

Should have good analytical & problem solving skills.

Candidate should be comfortable for Night Shift.

Education - Any Graduate with knowledge of Windows Troubleshooting,Pay Per Click,Digital Marketing,SEO,SMO.
