• 2 years 5 years of hands on experience in end to end technical recruitment process across various it technologies.
• develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. • hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc) expert level experience in recruiting citizens, green cards, eads, opt, h1b & tn visa holders on all the tax term (w2, 1099 & corp to corp)
• proficient on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates
• candidates with passive search experience will be an add on.
• experience working on vms requirements
• familiarity with applicant tracking system ceipal (ats) will be an added advantage.
• locate and identify potential candidates through the use of job-boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.
• build networks of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to accommodate for current and future client demands.
