Roles And Responsibilities 2 years 5 years of hands on experience in end to end technical recruitment process across various IT Technologies. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc) Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, OPT, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp) Proficient on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates Candidates with Passive search experience will be an add on. Experience working on VMS requirements Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System Ceipal (ATS) will be an added advantage. Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc. Build networks of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to accommodate for current and future client demands.
