Technical Executive

Education: BE/BTech (CSE/IT/ECE/Biomedical), MCA/BCA/BSc/MSc (Maths/Physics/Computer Science/IT/Statistics).

Experience: Fresher and upto 2 years in medical software products / software installation.

Job Location: Mylapore, Chennai (only Chennai candidates). Only male candidates to apply.

Languages Known: Good communication skills in English and Tamil. Basic knowledge in Hindi is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time.

Salary: ?15,000 - ?18,000 per month.

Responsibilities:

Understand the features of medical software products.

Online medical software installation.

Install medical software at customer place (Chennai / South India).

Provide training to Doctors / Staff and trouble-shoot customer issues (online / phone / onsite).

Collect feedback from the customers.

Do quality check process and product shipment dispatch process.
