Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve technical designs and drawings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and constructability.
- Conduct periodic design audits to validate compliance with applicable standards (NFPA, local civil defense codes, etc.).
- Provide technical solutions and troubleshooting support during the design and construction phases.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures and documentation procedures across the design lifecycle.
- Oversee the preparation of design submittals, shop drawings, hydraulic calculations, and BOMs.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, updated, and stored in accordance with company procedures.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for team members based on KPIs such as accuracy, output, and adherence to timelines.
- Identify training and development needs and provide technical coaching or recommend external training.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Educational Background
- Bachelor-s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certification (., NFPA Certified, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 5- 8 years of experience in firefighting system design.
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and hydraulic calculation tools (., Elite Fire, HASS).
