key responsibilities:
�� review and approve technical designs and drawings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and constructability.
�� conduct periodic design audits to validate compliance with applicable standards (nfpa, local civil defense codes, etc.).
�� provide technical solutions and troubleshooting support during the design and construction phases.
�� implement and enforce quality control measures and documentation procedures across the design lifecycle.
�� oversee the preparation of design submittals, shop drawings, hydraulic calculations, and boms.
�� ensure project documentation is complete, updated, and stored in accordance with company procedures.
�� conduct regular performance reviews for team members based on kpis such as accuracy, output, and adherence to timelines.
�� identify training and development needs and provide technical coaching or recommend external training.
�� foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

�� experience with design software such as autocad, revit, and hydraulic calculation tools (., elite fire, hass).
