As a Fire Supervisor in Ankleshwar, you will be responsible for overseeing fire safety measures and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your key responsibilities will include conducting fire safety inspections, developing emergency response plans, training staff on fire safety procedures, and coordinating with emergency services during incidents.To excel in this role, you should have a Diploma in Fire and Safety or a related field. Oversee the preparation of design submittals, shop drawings, hydraulic calculations, and BOMs. Ensure project documentation is complete, updated, and stored in accordance with company procedures. Conduct regular performance reviews for team members based on KPIs such as accuracy, output, and adherence to timelines. Identify training and development needs and provide technical coaching or recommend external training.
