Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Building: Lead and support a team of sales representatives to achieve team sales targets and goals. Encourage teamwork and collaboration among team members.
2. Field Service: Coordinate field sales activities, assign territories, and ensure sales team is actively engaging with customers in the field.
3. Team Coordinator: Serve as the main point of contact between the sales team and upper management. Facilitate communication, provide updates, and address any team issues or concerns.
4. Management Skills: Utilize effective management techniques to motivate the team, resolve conflicts, set clear expectations, and monitor performance.
5. Basic Computer Skills: Ability to use basic computer programs for sales tracking, reporting, and communication purposes.
Required Skills and Expectations:
1. 1-5 years of experience in sales or a related field, with previous experience in a leadership role preferred.
