Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader Recruiter to lead and support our recruitment team in attracting top talent across multiple functions. You will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, ensuring delivery on hiring targets, improving recruitment strategies, and maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to meet performance goals.

* Monitor workload, set priorities, and allocate resources effectively.

* Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments.

* Develop sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.

* Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.

* Ensure consistent and engaging candidate experiences throughout the recruitment cycle.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring teams.

* Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on hiring progress and challenges.
