JD for Team Leader:

*Ability to hire a team and find replacement, maintain attrition.

*Ability to adapt to any new process, get self trained and train the team on it.

*Ability to drive and motivate team for desired performance and meet the targets.

*Should be self driven and matured.

*Excellent communication skills with good command over English.

*Ok to work in any shift provided UK and US (no rotating shifts)

*Preferrably from Central side as place of work is Vikroli.

Salary: 40k to 50k in hand
