Handling Tele Sales portfolio & Team

Handling team of callers ceasing Daily Sales.

Managing Quality & TAT.

Dealing with agency & channel partner & communication across states.

Training & motivation to staff.

Should be good in data analysis & financial analysis. (Advance Excel)

Planning and executing Sales on a monthly basis to achieve Sales efficiency

To monitor team performance periodically.

To Guide and lead the team towards achieving monthly targets.

Coordinating with agency resources and doing the call planning for better resolution, ensuring appropriate support to the agency on difficult cases & analyzing the problem.

Ensured timely service delivery as well as Sales from the clients within the stipulated credit period while managed the distribution system of the company and maintained smooth operations across the units.

Maintaining Reports & Database.

Required Candidate profile

Must have 2-10 years of experience in same.

Must be graduate/postgraduate.

You should have good geographical knowledge.

Good knowledge of Excel.

Good communication skills.
