Urgent Requirement For Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to enhance our collection team's performance and motivation in Kota, India. The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in recovery and collections, with an understanding of recovery processes.

In this role, you will oversee your team's daily activities, ensuring they meet collection goals. You will also provide guidance and motivation to enhance team performance. Regular tracking of collections and the development of strategies to improve efficiency will be essential. Effective communication with team members and upper management is necessary to ensure everyone is aligned with the company’s objectives.

Key responsibilities include monitoring team performance, conducting regular assessments, and fostering a positive work environment. Leading training sessions for team members to enhance their skills in recovery processes is also part of the role.

The desired skills for this position include strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in recovery and collections methodologies. You should be capable of motivating your team while tracking their progress effectively.

This position requires full-time commitment from the office in Kota. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and may need to travel occasionally for fieldwork related to collections.
