Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage and lead a team of customer service or sales agents in an international BPO process. The ideal candidate should have prior leadership experience in any international campaign and a strong understanding of performance metrics, coaching, and operational excellence.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in an international BPO process (Voice/Non-Voice/Chat/Email).

Strong understanding of BPO KPIs and SLA management.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Flexibility to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
