2. customer service: ensure excellent customer service is provided to amazon sellers, resolving complex issues and escalations.
3. performance management: monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive results.
4. process improvement: identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures, implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
5. training and development: develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
6. communication: collaborate with cross-functional teams, including amazon, to resolve issues and drive business results.

1. experience: 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in customer support or sales.
