Job Title: Amazon Seller Support Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our Amazon Seller Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of support agents, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving team performance to meet sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of support agents to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
2. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service is provided to Amazon sellers, resolving complex issues and escalations.
3. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive results.
4. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures, implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
6. Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Amazon, to resolve issues and drive business results.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in customer support or sales.
2. Amazon Knowledge: Strong understanding of Amazon seller policies and procedures.
3. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
