Job Title: Amazon Seller Support Team LeaderWe are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our Amazon Seller Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of support agents, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving team performance to meet sales and customer satisfaction targets.Key Responsibilities:1. Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Amazon, to resolve issues and drive business results.Requirements:1. Experience: 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in customer support or sales.2. Amazon Knowledge: Strong understanding of Amazon seller policies and procedures.3. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.5.
