We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader - Marketing Executives to manage, guide, and motivate a team of field marketing executives. The role involves planning marketing activities, achieving targets, and ensuring team performance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of marketing executives

Assign daily/weekly targets and ensure achievement

Train team members on product knowledge, pitching, and field strategies

Monitor field activities and conduct regular follow-ups

Support team in lead generation and deal closures

Handle customer escalations and key client interactions

Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities

Plan area-wise marketing campaigns and routes

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Coordinate with sales, HR, and management teams

Required Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and motivational abilities

Good knowledge of field marketing and sales processes

Target-driven and problem-solving mindset

Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and CRM tools

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications

Any Graduate / Diploma (Marketing or Business preferred)

Proven experience as a Marketing Executive / Team Leader

Experience handling 5-10 team members is an advantage
