Walkin interview For Telesales Insurance Sales Process(Relationship Executive / Relationship Manager ) (Fresher & Exp)

Position: Relationship Executive - Telesales ( Fresher & 3+ yrs exp)

Job Location: Chennai Anna Salai, Tamil Nadu

Employment Type: Full-Time

Roles & Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell health insurance products • Explain product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly to customers • Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships for improved conversions • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities • Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Competencies: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good convincing and negotiation abilities • Customer-focused approach with relationship-building skills • Basic understanding of sales processes • Proficiency in Tamil preferred

Compensation & Benefits: • Fixed Salary: ₹ LPA - ₹ LPA • Performance-based monthly incentives up to ₹25,000 • Quarterly FAB Bonus starting from ₹1,000

Position: Relationship Manager - Telesales (Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 4 years of experience can apply)

Compensation & Benefits: • Fixed Salary: ₹ LPA - ₹ LPA • Performance-based monthly incentives up to ₹40,000 • Quarterly FAB Bonus starting from ₹1,000

Shift Timing: am - pm (Monday -Saturday)/ Sunday week-Off
