Looking For Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Wright Town, Jabalpur. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 1 to 4 years of experience in recruitment and a graduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. Your role will include creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.

2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking events to find potential candidates. You will be responsible for building a diverse talent pipeline to meet our hiring needs.

3. Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with other departments to fully understand their staffing requirements and culture, ensuring a good fit between the candidates and the company.

4. Screening and Evaluation: Assess resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate further interviews with the hiring team.

5. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and candidate profiles. You will generate reports to track hiring progress and identify areas for improvement.
