Identifying the manpower requirements of lighthouses from time to time.
● Work on complete recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, negotiations,
background verification, releasing offers, etc)
● Advertise job openings on organisation careers page, social media, job boards and internally
● Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using various modes.
● Define job description and document specifications.
● Managing profiles received from all sources for future requirements.
● Ensuring regular HR metrics, dashboards and identifying actionable trends.
● Provide brief feedback of the shortlisted candidates to the managers and track heads, as per the role.
● Conducting campus placements and participating in various job fairs
● Maintaining good relations with external stakeholders.
● Looking after all the joining formalities of the new joiners.
● Maintaining and updating all employee records.
