*key responsibilities/duties*:

system maintenance: install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network components.

system security: ensure systems are secure and protected from cyber-attacks and security breaches.

system performance: monitor system health and performance, and run reports to evaluate the system.

system support: provide technical support and training to users, and help with the day-to-day use of the system.

system upgrades: plan and implement system upgrades and patches.

system testing: develop and implement testing plans for new functionality and software patches.

system documentation: document system configurations and procedures.

system reporting: develop and support reporting tools, and understand reporting needs.

system project management: lead project management for new functionality and process improvement projects.

system automation: use automation and ai tools to automate repetitive tasks and monitor systems.

must have excellent communication skills and experience of large scale project delivery and design team management;
