Job Description:

€¢ Salary: 30,000 +EPF and other benefits

€¢ Category: Computer hardware networking, internet solution, software Install, configure, maintain hardware and network components.

€¢ Experience: 5 To 6 Years +

€¢ Job Type: Full Time

€¢ Job Location: Parel / Worli Mumbai

€¢ Basic/UG Qualification: HSC+ Hardware Networking Diploma / computer Diploma Engineer

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

€¢ System maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network components.

€¢ System security: Ensure systems are secure and protected from cyber-attacks and security breaches.

€¢ System performance: Monitor system health and performance, and run reports to evaluate the system.

€¢ System support: Provide technical support and training to users, and help with the day-to-day use of the system.

€¢ System upgrades: Plan and implement system upgrades and patches.

€¢ System testing: Develop and implement testing plans for new functionality and software patches.

€¢ System documentation: Document system configurations and procedures.

€¢ System reporting: Develop and support reporting tools, and understand reporting needs.

€¢ System project management: Lead project management for new functionality and process improvement projects.

€¢ System automation: Use automation and AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and monitor systems.

€¢ Must have excellent communication skills and experience of large scale project delivery and design team management;
