System testing: Develop and implement testing plans for new functionality and software patches. System documentation: Document system configurations and procedures. System reporting: Develop and support reporting tools, and understand reporting needs. System project management: Lead project management for new functionality and process improvement projects. System automation: Use automation and AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and monitor systems.
